Our foundation within specialty lubricants was established with the supply and marketing of Zerol AB lubricants formulated for stationary refrigeration systems using traditional CFC (e.g. R12) and HCFC (e.g. R22) refrigerants. Their very low pour point, anti-foaming properties and good stability at high temperature provides optimum lubrication even under the most severe conditions. Nu-Brite is a non-acid, alkaline-based product for cleaning and brightening air cooled condensers. It is formulated with the best available foaming detergents and chelants to quickly penetrate and dissolve greasy dirt and grime and foam it right out of the coil. The safer alternative to acids. It is an alkaline based cleaner that does all that an acid will do without the danger of an acid. Nu-Brite's state-of-the-art surfactants and cleaners instantly penetrate and lift layers of oily grime and corrosive deposits from the coil. All viscosities are manufactured by Calumet Lubricant Co. and are approved by Copeland, Trane and other compressor manufacturers, approvals varying by viscosity. They are specifically designed for today's high performance air conditioning and refrigeration compressors. These modern compressors run at higher speeds and generate higher temperatures and they need better lubrication. Use of C-3s, C-4s, and C-5s mineral oil will insure continued efficient system operation, providing the important properties required from a good refrigeration oil. Nu-Calgon mineral oils combine excellent solubility and stability with good floc and pour points to provide excellent low temperature performance.
