BLUE MONSTER PTFE pipe thread sealant is formulated with PTFE resin, a polymer consisting of recurring tetrafluoroethylene monomers whose formula is (CF2-CF2). It is inert and compatible with a very wide range of materials. Use Blue Monster on threads made from all metals, PVC, CPVC, ABS and nylon plastic pipe systems. Now available in a convenient 2 oz squeeze tube. Specially formulated for extra lubrication on metal pipe threads. Ideal, compact size for any tool box or storage bin. Non-hardening, slow-drying soft-set formula is non-toxic and grit free.

Boss 814 will prevent the spread of toxic gases, smoke and fire. Boss 814 is suitable for adhesion to almost any surface and remains flexible, making it ideal for both horizontal and vertical joints, subject to vibration or dynamic movement. A versatile thread sealant for use on black iron, Galvanized steel, copper, brass and aluminum pipe and fittings. Can be used on lines carrying natural gas, air, steam, hydronic heating, ammonia, brine, diluted acids and sprinkler systems. Pro Dope will not drip, is lead free, non-toxic and won't spill. It is non-separating and provides a tight, positive, leak free seal. Pro Dope prevents rust and inhibits corrosion by forming a protective coating on threads. It is non-hardening and joints can be disassembled without damage to pipe fittings or threads. Pro Dope is easily applied with a natural bristle brush in temperatures as low as -15 deg F and performs over a temperature range of 0 - 350 deg F. Pressure rated to 250 psi for liquids and 200 psi for air/steam. Pro Dope is a grey colored thread sealant which contains no lead.
