Nu-Foam is an expanding, polyurethane, prepolymer foam that is used as a sealant and an insulating product. It is designed to seal, fill and insulate small cracks, gaps and voids. Tack free time for Nu-Foam is less than 3 minutes at 7 deg F and 4-5% relative humidity. Its R-Value is 4.9 per" thick making a very good insulator in most any application and can even provide sound-deadening. Nu-Foam is UL classified and is fire retardant. Can withstand temperatures up to 24 deg F. It can be used to seal and insulate areas such as openings created for refrigeration, air conditioning and heating tubes or pipes, duct joints, utility penetrations in exterior sheeting, masonry, concrete or wood walls, and other areas where unwanted air penetration might occur.

They are designed specifically for use with HFC refrigerants, developed to meet the performance demands of the refrigeration industry. This superior performance is achieved with base fluids that are specifically formulated to deliver optimum performance with minimal additive levels. The requirements of today's refrigeration and air conditioning compressor lubricants are complex. They must be compatible and miscible with the HFC refrigerants, and they must be compatible and miscible with CFC's and HCFC's as well as mineral and alkylbenzene oils. Polyol ester lubricants meet these needs, and the EMKARATE RL line is the preferred choice. Nu-Solve NR is a ready-to-use, detergent based cleaner to aid in the removal of efficiency-robbing grime on the condenser coil. The non-foaming specialty cleaner does not require a water rinse for situations where water availability is an issue. Nu-Solve NR is safe on plastic, metal and rubber materials. The cleaner is VOC, CARB compliant, contains no Prop. 65 compounds and ships as a non-hazmat product. The cleaner is specially formulated for applications where water availability for rinsing the coil is problematic. Nu-Solve NR should be used when solvent based aerosol options are not economically practical or where it is desirable to have less diluted coil cleaner on the roof when cleaning a line-up of dusty rooftop coils. Nu-Solve NR is an engineered, ready-to-use alternative than to merely spraying the coil with portable water since water alone does not address varying organic films that caused the soils to adhere to the coil in the first place. Nu-Solve NR emulsifies grime off the outdoor coil; simply spray the coil and go! For severely contaminated coils or embedded material (i.e., cotTonwood), a more aggressive Nu-Calgon outdoor coil cleaner is required.
