Baso Y9 series inlet fittings control the flow of gas to a pilot burner and are designed to be used with baso pilot burners. The majority of baso inlet fittings have two holes which control and direct the flow of gas to the burner. The gas flow from the two holes intersects. This unique feature causes turbulence and a better gas/air mixture for proper combustion.

Robertshaw Controls G566-60 Hot Surface Ignition Control Module 780-34NL306A
G566-60
The L62 series Baso safety shutoff devices are for use on all gas-fired, standing pilot equipment that requires main burner shutoff when the pilot is extinguished. Typical applications include domestic central heating and commercial space heating appliances, as well as industrial processing equipment (for example, die-casting machines and degreasers). Monitor the pilot flame through the use of a thermocouple. If the pilot flame is extinguished, the switch will interrupt gas flow to the main burner and pilot burner, shutting down the appliance.
- The L62 has a manual reset feature, and is available in models with or without 100% shut-off
- The L62 has a thermo-electric power unit assembly that receives its energy from a heated thermocouple
- If the pilot flame is extinguished, the main valve circuit is interrupted and gas flow to the main burner (and pilot burner in 100% shut-off model L62GB) is stopped
- Both L62 models contain an electric interruption feature that only allows pilot gas flow during the lighting or resetting cycle
- When lighting the pilot, the main valve electrical circuit is interrupted until the pilot flame is established and the reset button is released
- Allows only pilot gas flow during lighting cycle
- 1 conduit opening

White Rodgers Cooling Controls 3046-5 Mercury Flame Sensor, 2-1/16" W x 2-3/4" H x 1-7/8" D
- Contacts close approximately 60 sec after pilot is ignited, open approximately 40 sec after flame is extinguished
- Prevent gas flow to main burner if pilot flame is not burning or is insufficient to properly ignite main burner
- These sensors combine a rugged snap-action switch and powerful mercury actuated thermal element
- Used with natural, manufactured or mixed gases and with LP gases where means are provided for obtaining automatic pilot gas shut-off
- Switch may be conveniently mounted in any position
- Cover is easily removed, making switch terminals readily accessible
- No button to depress - sensors are recycling type which require relighting or possible restoration of proper gas pressure to return to operation
- 90 VA at 30 VAC, 125 VA at 120 and 240 VAC electrical rating
G581
White Rodgers Cooling Controls 30A46-5 Plug-In Mercury Flame Sensor, 120/240/30 VAC, 48" Element
- Plug-in feature requires no additional electrical connections or mounting devices
- Sensor combines a rugged snap-action SPDT switch and powerful mercury actuated thermal element
- May be used with natural, manufactured or mixed gases and with LP gases where means are provided for obtaining automatic pilot gas shut-off
- No button to depress sensors are recycling type which require relighting or possible restoration of proper gas pressure to return to operation
- The SPDT switch can energize igniter circuit to relight pilot (as with roof top units)
- Contacts close approximately 60 sec after pilot is ignited
- Open approximately 40 sec after flame is extinguished
- Stud mount element

The majority of baso inlet fittings have two holes which control and direct the flow of gas to the burner. The gas flow from the two holes intersects. This unique feature causes turbulence and a better gas/air mixture for proper combustion.
- Aluminum inlet tip, brass inlet body
- 635 deg F inlet tip, 75 deg F inlet body
- The Y9 inlet fitting controls the flow of gas to a pilot burner, the orifice hole size and counterbore/coining, along with the applied gas pressure, determine flame size and characteristics
- Pilot burner inlet fittings consist of an inlet tip (containing the orifice holes) and a threaded inlet body allowing connection of the pilot line
- The inlet fitting positions the orifice holes in relation to the pilot burners aeration opening and pilot tip

A vent limiting orifice or device when used with Maxitrol regulators does not release or relieve gas into the environment during normal operation. Vent limiters are designed for use indoors and in spaces where limiting the amount of gas escapement due to diaphragm failure is critical. Vent limiters should not be used outdoors if they are exposed to the environment. 13A15 Vent Protector is available for outdoor use when vent protection is required.
- For up to 1/2 psi (14" WC) inlet pressure
- Note - when using the vent limiting device, regulator must be mounted in a horizontal upright position
