Light and extremely compact, the Webster M series fuel units have earned a reputation for reliability and efficiency. All units include the Webster internal rotary filter. The rotary filter reduces the need for trouble some periodic cleaning. Because the filter blades rotate at motor speed with constant cleaning action, clogging is minimal compared to units that use internal filter screen. For maximum protection, an additional line filter is recommended in accordance with standard practice. Another popular feature is the easy to bleed valve assembly located on the side. A"D" drive reduces the harmful effects low-lubricity fuels had on previous key drive designs. Simple flange mounting and side located nozzle ports make the M Series ideal for fuel unit servicing.

Webster oil safety valves are ideal for use in oil supply systems which have from 0 to 60 psi supply line pressures on the inlet side of the valve. Requires a sustained VAC uum on the outlet side of the valve for fuel to flow to the burner pump. The OSV series provides automatic shut-off for the oil supply in case the line between the device and the burner is broken. Many state and local codes require such a device and also limits inlet pressure on burner pumps to a maximum of 3 psi. Available in 3/8 and 1/2 NPTF porting.

• Provide important protection in oil burner supply systems with pressurized supply lines
• By isolating burner fuel pumps from supply line pressure sources a supply pump or overhead tank, the osv relieves ores sure strain on fuel pump inlets and seals and prevents tank siphoning and spilling caused by accidental line breaks
• OSV is mounted close to burner assembly
• OSV operates as pressure reducer with supply line pressure on the valve inlet side and fuel pump VAC uum on the valve outlet side
• 3/8-18 NPTF port size
