IMS-III is an economical sanitizer that eliminates odors and slime build-up in all ice machines. This product is a sanitizer designed for general use, in ice machines, ice cream dispensing equipment and other food dispensing equipment. Sanitize previously cleaned and rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces prepare 200 ppm active quaternary solution by adding 1.6 fl-oz of this product to 1 Gallon of water (8 oz per 5 Gallon of water).Sanitize ice machines, ice cream dispensing equipment and other food processing equipment, flood the area with solution, making sure to wet all surfaces completely for at least 60 sec. No rinsing is necessary; air dry and continue with equipment processing. Prepare a fresh solution for each use.,

Thermo-Trap Gel's unique formula provides a protective barrier from open flames and heat that are present during soldering and brazing. The gel works as a shield that protects the surface from melting or burning. When finished, the remaining gel is easily wiped up and leaves no residue or stain. the gel is not a heat sink, but a protective barrier. Product may need to be added more than once if subjected to open flames for a longer duration. Drywall, wood joists, or other areas are not damaged from the open flames. Apply to drywall, wood joists, wiring or other surfaces before brazing or soldering to protect them from the open flame. Protect adjacent surface areas from over-heating or damage prior to welding, brazing or soldering. Use to cool down heated surfaces. Prevent fires in adjacent areas when welding, brazing or soldering.
,
- Forms a protective barrier to keep flames or heat from damaging areas beyond direct work surface
- Protects drywall, wiring, joists, and other surrounding areas that a flame could also come in contact with
- Adheres to all surfaces without staining
- Viscous formula will not run or melt
- Harmless to skin and clothing
- Will not stain work surfaces
- Cleans up easily
- Odorless and biodegradable
- Protect adjacent surface areas from over-heating or damage prior to welding, brazing or soldering
- Cool down heated surfaces
- Less than 95% solubility

Season treat inhibits scale formation by holding the scale forming minerals in solution long enough to be carried away through the bleed off. It also forms a microscopic, thin protective film on metal surfaces to reduce corrosion. Because of 6R Micromet's consistent slow dissolve rate, it achieves a uniform concentration of treatment over a long period of time. When the product is about 2/3 dissolved, which should be in about 6 months of operation with average water temperatures, discard the remaining canister or charge of 6R micromet and add a new charge.
,
- A season treat canister will last about 6 months in 75 deg F water
- Keeps equipment operating at designed capacity
- Prevents scale caused breakdowns
- Reduces maintenance and need for acid cleaning
- Prolongs equipment life
- Low cost treatment
- One charge lasts 5 - 6 months

Freez-Kontr'l is a formulation of propylene glycol, dipotassium phosphate corrosion inhibitor and de-ionized water. The fluid is colored blue to aid in leak detection. It has an operating temperature range from below -60 to 230 deg F and solutions in water provide freeze protection to below -60 deg F and burst protection to below -100 deg F. Freez-Kontr'l is nearly odorless and the product of choice when contact with potable water is possible. The ingredients used in its manufacture are GRAS (generally recognized as safe), under Title 21, Part 182 of the US Code of Federal Regulations, where accidental or incidental contact with potable water could occur.
- Optimum freeze or burst protection
- Fully inhibited to prevent corrosion
- Non-flammable
- Uses renewable resourced propylene glycol
- Low in acute oral toxicity
- Colored blue for easy leak detection
- The complete heat transfer fluid and antifreeze

RX11-flush is a unique solvent that has been engineered for flushing refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Its patented HFC based solvent formulation is powerful enough to flush away sludge, carbon residue, oils, acids, water and other particulate. This makes it ideal for system flushing after burnouts, retrofits and for flushing line sets for R-410A conversions. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and is non-ozone depleting. From time to time, refrigeration and air conditioning systems suffer failures which result in contamination. The most common such failure is a compressor burnout. During such an event, the refrigeration system becomes contaminated with large quantities of unwanted particulate, sludge, acids, carbon residues and possibly moisture. All of these contaminants must be removed before the system can be returned to duty.

Liquid ice machine cleaner is a 75% phosphoric acid of the highest food-grade quality. It is fast acting yet very safe to use and it does not give off any harsh fumes. Because of its 75% phosphoric acid content, it is the most concentrated ice machine cleaner in the market. It has a specific gravity of 1.63 and weighs 13.6 lb/Gallon. Usage rate is 8 fl oz with threeGallons of water. The number one category of problems troubling an ice machine are water-related and the most frequently is lime scale. As the water is frozen into ice during an ice maker's cycle, the naturally occurring dissolved minerals in the water, some of which can combine to form lime scale, remain behind in the unfrozen recirculating ice water simply because water tries to freeze in its pure state. As the cycle continues and more water is made into ice, the minerals over concentrate and eventually precipitate as a lime scale deposit. As the scale begins to form, it creates a physical obstruction that results in: plugged distribution holes, restricted water flow and eventually the ice maker will hang-up or jam. Ice harvest is reduced and eventually the machine will shut down, requiring service. This sequence of events can affect both cubers and flakers. Some believe that flakers are free of scale problems since all of the water is made into ice. Not true. Flakers can scale-up as well, jamming the auger and eventually resulting in a broken belt or drive mechanism.Sid Harvey Item #:4207-47: Replaces Part #:'s : F1-44A | 4207-P2 |,
