RectorSeal T Plus 2 23431 Pipe Thread Sealant With PTFE, 1 pt Can, RectorSeal T Plus 2 is a non-hardening thread sealant containing PTFE plus synthetic fibers. These fibers are dispersed in a resinous base combined with inert mineral fillers to provide maximum sealing performance. Its low coefficient of friction allows tighter joint makeup with lower torque. It also breaks out easily without Gallonling, seizing, or damaging threads. It is excellent for service where immediate pressurization is necessary. RectorSeal T Plus 2 is non-toxic in accordance with NSF Standard 61. Motors & Armatures series 240 fan centers provide convenient low voltage control of 1 and 2speed fan motors and auxiliary circuits in heating, cooling, or heating/cooling applications. Each MARS fan center is a reliable, compact unit consisting of a 24 volt control transformer and a plug-in switching relay mounted on a 4" square electrical junction box cover. All line voltage connections are made inside the box with color coded pre-stripped leads. Low voltage connections are made at a convenient terminal board mounted to the transformer.

These thread sealants are a variation of our basic RectorSeal No. 5 formulation modified for specific applications where low odor, non-staining, and soft set features are desired. RectorSeal No. 5 Special is especially formulated for use around gas detection equipment. RectorSeal No. 5 Sub-Zero is especially formulated for low temperature applications and is brushable to -35 deg F. They are listed under the uniform plumbing code (IAPMO) file no. 1282. In addition, they are approved and listed with the Canadian standards association (CSA).
