An industry standard for countless years, the JB M2 series of manifolds features our full flow design for faster evacuation/charging. Coupled with an angled bar for better knuckle clearance in rotating the hand wheels and the original free flowing dual O-ring sealing system, the M2 is the classic American made manifold. All of JB's brass manifolds are equipped with heavy-duty metal gauge cases for added durability.

JB machines all of the access valves at the factory in Aurora, Illinois using the highest level of brass consisting of 65% copper and 35% zinc. This gives our brass fittings and access valves high tensile strength while resisting corrosion. Many import fittings use lower quality brass with lower copper content, resulting in higher failure rates. JB machines all of our valves to the strict guidelines of the ARI to ensure proper sealing of the valve and core surfaces. Our access fittings have generous counter bores to allow for the removal of the core if the flare becomes damaged. All tees and crosses are tapped to receive an access core in all 1/4" SAE flare ends. All pipe connections have internal braze cups for dip tube applications. All valves are equipped with cap and one valve core (braze type, loosely assembled). Temperature range -40 degrees to +250 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to 121.1 degrees Celsius). Valve core is stainless steel and brass for use with all refrigerants including R-410A. Resistant to oils, alkalites, and diluted mineral acids

JB Industries M2-825 Steel Case High Side Manifold Pressure Gauge, 3-1/8 JB offers 3-1/8" (80 mm) illuminated gauge. The glow-in-the-dark dials store energy to emit light in dimly lit or dark applications. The R-410A only gauges are not glow-in-the-dark due to their pink dial. The illuminated large gauges are also available with 1% accuracy rating. Gauges are sensitive instruments and should not be subjected to pressures beyond scale.
