Raindrop does just two simple jobs. Upon dissolving in the humidifier water it provides a pleasant masking fragrance which immediately hides the foul odor. By the time it fades away, the powerful bacteriostat has taken care of the bacteria and has eliminated the source of bad odor. When used according to directions, it will inhibit the growth of the following organisms thermoactinomyces vulgaris, pseudomonas effusa, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus circulans, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus megaterium, aerobacter aerogenes and escherichia coli.
