Baso Y90 series inlet fittings control the flow of gas to a pilot burner and are designed to be used with baso pilot burners. The majority of baso inlet fittings have two holes which control and direct the flow of gas to the burner. The gas flow from the two holes intersects. This unique feature causes turbulence and a better gas/air mixture for proper combustion.
- Aluminum inlet tip, brass inlet body
- 635 deg F inlet tip, 750 deg F inlet body
- The Y90 inlet fitting controls the flow of gas to a pilot burner, the orifice hole size and counterbore/coining, along with the applied gas pressure, determine flame size and characteristics
- Pilot burner inlet fittings consist of an inlet tip (containing the orifice holes) and a threaded inlet body allowing connection of the pilot line
- The inlet fitting positions the orifice holes in relation to the pilot burners aeration opening and pilot tip
