Air Gaps for Reduced Pressure Zone Assemblies provide an unobstructed, physical separation between the discharge end of a potable water supply line and an open receiving vessel. The installation of an air gap and drain line are recommended on reduced pressure zone assemblies. Air Gaps can be installed vertically or horizontally.

The HAV valve utilizes moisture retaining discs within the body which vary in volume when they change from a wet to a dry condition. As the discs dry, they allow air to escape from the system and when wet, provide a positive shut-off.

Series FV-4 Automatic Vent Valves are used in commercial and residential hydronic heating applications to provide automatic air venting for hot or cold water distribution systems. It consists of a brass body construction with male NPT connection, brass cover, air vent with silicone rubber seal, polyethylene float with valve plug, and automatic vent. Series FV-4M1 has a high temperature rating and is ideal for use with glycol systems or for use as an anti-vacuum device.
