Getting Started

Download the Sid Harvey Mobile App


  • Please download the appropriate app for your type of mobile device. (Visit Google Play for Android devices or the App Store for Ipad and Iphone 6 and up - Enter Sid Harvey in the search field).

  • After download, use the Sid Harvey Mobile App to register. You will receive emails from Sid Harvey's containing your User Name and Password, confirming your registration.

  • Once you receive your User Name and Password, sign into the Mobile App while you have Wi-Fi or Internet Access.

  • Immediately download files that will allow you to continue to use the application, should you lose internet access. Select Download Data, then Download All. (Note: The first synchronize may take some time to initialize all files on the Mobile App.) Download Data at least once daily to update on hand inventory, as well as current account information.


Start an Order

  • Select any of your Ship-To Locations or Trucks

  • Select any Sid Harvey branch

Add Items to Your Order

  • Search for products by Partial Description, Manufacturer Name, Part Number

  • Use Quick Order – just scan a bar code to identify the item

  • Shop from your History to reorder items previously purchased.  Items are displayed in Product Groups

  • Shop by Department – pick a Product Group, then select a Sub-Group.  You have the ability to search within the Sub-Group to refine your search.

Check Your Order

  • Review your order before submission

  • Email Confirmation will be sent to the person placing the order. (Optional:  Set-up a second person within your company that will also receive email confirmation.  For example, the Tech placing the order and the Purchasing Manager will both get email confirmations.)

Let Sid Harvey's Mobile App Help You Manage Your Business

  • Review orders previously placed through a Sid Harvey branch, your salesperson, the Sid Harvey eCommerce website or the Sid Harvey Mobile App

  • If an order is shipped by Common Carrier, the order information will also display all tracking information

  • You can have PDF copies of invoices emailed to you from the Order Summary tab under Order Inquiry

  • Review your prior orders that were placed using the Sid Harvey Mobile App under your Order History

  • You can view your Accounts Receivable Balance and Open Invoices under Account Info


If Internet Connection is Interrupted

  • Pricing will not be visible until your Internet connection is reestablished

  • Orders will automatically be updated when your Internet connection is reestablished

  • Orders will not be processed until you have a chance to review your pricing and submit your order

  • Off-line files should be updated daily using the Download Data, Download All option
